Project Lead - Syndicated Loans Module

About the role

Syndicated loans are loans provided by a group of lenders (a syndicate) to a single borrower. These loans are typically large and enable the borrower a larger amount than one lender would be able to provide, while providing lenders with investment opportunities. As part of our diversification strategy, Finabank is increasing the volume of syndicated loans for which the bank is the Lead Arranger and the Agent Bank. The role of the Agent Bank is to manage payments during the lifetime of the loan and to report to Syndicate Members.
