About the role
As our Project Lead, you will oversee Finabank’s core banking upgrade to the latest version. This is a strategic initiative to enhance system performance, streamline operations, and align with modern banking standards. You will lead a talented cross-functional team and collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver this transformative project.
Key Responsibilities
- Project leadership: define project scope, objectives, and milestones. Manage resources, timelines, and deliverables.
- System upgrades: oversee the Temenos T24 upgrade
- Payment modernization: implement the Payment Hub, transitioning to ISO 20022 standards.
- Change management: lead user training, ensure system adoption, and deliver seamless transitions.
What you bring to the table
- 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Proven success in Temenos T24 upgrades and deep knowledge of its architecture and modules.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in digital transformation and regulatory compliance.
