Project lead - CRM & Customer Onboarding

We are looking for a Project Lead for CRM & Customer Onboarding to drive the implementation of a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution and redesign the customer onboarding process for the mass retail segment. This is a high-impact role where you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver streamlined processes, improved customer experiences, and enhanced operational efficiency.

Project Lead for CRM & Customer Onboarding

Location: On-Site

Duration: January 2025 – December 2025

Key Responsibilities

  • CRM implementation (3 months):
    • Define and implement a CRM solution with foundational functionalities such as client information and document management.
    • Integrate the CRM with Finabank’s core banking system and design a roadmap for future enhancements.
  • Onboarding process redesign (8 months):
    • Analyze current onboarding workflows and design a seamless, customer-centric process.
    • Implement automation to reduce workload, enhance compliance with KYC/CDD standards, and deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Project management:
    • Develop and execute a detailed project plan with timelines, resources, and milestones.
    • Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and timely delivery.
    • Provide regular updates to senior management on progress, risks, and opportunities. 

What you bring to the table

  • Experience:
    • 7+ years in project management, digital transformation, or financial services.
    • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Creatio CRM preferred) and process automation.
    • Proven track record in delivering customer-centric solutions within the banking sector.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of customer onboarding processes, regulatory compliance, and information security.
    • Expertise in process redesign using lean methodologies.
    • Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a collaborative approach.
    • Strong experience in Agile Project Management and Scrum.
